"top gear" moving to netflix!

so looks like hammond and may have turned down the BBC's offer to continue top gear after clarkson left.

instead all three are close to signing a deal with netflix...

You mean after Clarkson was fired. I loved that show, but Jeremy was a huge jerk. If you punch someone at work, you're going to (and should) get fired.

you are correct. after he was fired for hitting a producer (really, the last straw in a long list of incidents) reportedly because the the hotel was no longer serving food for which clarkson blamed the producer for making the booking.

Not that I'm an apologist for Mr Clarkson, but just for the sake of accuracy he was neither fired nor did he quit. His contract was not renewed.
