Like Haunted Houses?

I do. One of my sons and myself were actors a few years back at one of the premiere Haunted Houses in the nation. Scaring the pee out of grown adults for hours on end was a dream come true lol:

The wife and I have talked about going on the all night tour of the Waverly Hills Sanatorium:

Waverly Hills Sanatorium

I gotta say though, I don't think I'd be up for this place:

Supposed 24,000 person waiting list to get in........

Core... you're a bit extreme mate ;) You sure about that 24k house of pain? Thereare some pretty genuine cries for help starting at around 03:50 down to the end :/ disturbing material

I'd puke during the first minute... you got titanium (:D:D)s

One in Shanghai I've tried almost got me to seriously panic... I wasn't feeling too good about it and will remember for a while.

I think I meant "traumatized" lol

Super silly... they close the light, pitch black, and they abuse you for 15min (strangling, mild but 'friggin hurts' beatings, loud hifi sounds, friends crying... and it doesn't stop and gets worst by the minute). Was the first time for me and NEVEER again lol

Careful with these thing Core ;)

You're confusing the first (in which I worked as an actor) with the last (one I would never step foot in lol).

One of the cardinal rules emphasized during training when I worked there was to NEVER touch nor make contact with the patrons, a BIG no-no!! After that was fire safety, the basement of the 3 story "School House" was a wiring maze that had to rival the bowels of NASA.

Nine8Six, Did you ever make any progress on the 993 project?

Not my bag, baby...but my teenage son wants to hit some, so I guess I have no say in it. :D

We need some 993, 996 MKII, Lits, etc for prototyping! Are you volunteering? ;)

I speed-read the Zuffenhausen and often do it backward - clearly not good at it sorry ;)

Sold that 993 to a Chinese guy here locally for $2k in Aug lol Was pointless rebuilding it. Too much work was the main reason I gave up... $60,000 min if you add the engine work. I was convinced I was all up for that Porsche lovin' restoration thing.... huge fail... not old enough maybe dunno! I might try this again in 30+ years see if that passion kicks in correctly lol

Core, sure I've missed the joke somewhere but what's up with the big/bold/blk PL quoted signature anyway mate? Reads pretty awkward as a signature if you don't mind me saying (???)

I completely understand walking away from the 993 project, from your prior description it sounded like a lot of work.

The signature is an inside joke to myself, a reminder of the prerequisite bi-monthly spat Perfectlap and I must engage in.......;)

Was an awful car. Got de-registered as well. Not that it is complicated to find 'ways' re-plate it... just that alone would likely have cost a lot of dosh and time :/

The Car Of Pain !

I've been to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park twice. Pretty creepy. No actors, just the real thing. After spending some time there it became the inspriation for Stephen King to write "The Shining."

I love these real life haunted house "experiences" with actors! They are a blast!

But I agree with Core, no touching.

And I'd never go into that last one. That looks like someone took "fun" a step too far. :)
