Sorry to see this happen to Frank, This is one Bad @$$ Lotus, I see a lot of people driving sports cars that can't mow a lawn let-alone drive a car.

Did you notice his license plate frame? Are you familiar with 11-99?? In my mind there is only one reason someone would advertise this foundation on a license plate frame, these donations should be kept confidential and from the heart. Hmmm… I wonder if he was speeding on the 101 freeway??

It is more expensive for a lifetime membership now, plus they don't issue the license plate frames anymore.

I think we have something similar in CT. You get a metal badge that screws to your tag in the rear. Not cheap from what I heard
