Ihop ?

I was thinking the other day, where does the International House of Pancakes get their name from ? In all my years of jet setting, worldly travel and secret top assignments , I never came across one of these restaurants outside of North
America . Hmm ... something smacks of conspiracy here ....

I have a suspicion that they're putting fluoride in the syrup ...

Now that I think of it, my teeth have been shiny and cavity-free since then.

Maybe it should be "House of International Pancakes". As long as they have blueberrys, I'm good.

Lol, I guess the original intent was for them to have different types of pancakes and pancake-esque foods, like crepes and such, from around the world, so the I in the IHOP would have made sense then. But I figure they found their niche and stuck to it.

Just FYI, IHOP in St. Pete Beach, FL...particularly good, IMO.
