Mercedes-Benz SLK

I have been looking at a few Mercedes-Benz S class / SLK (2005 - 2008 MY) and of course know this is a 986 forum ;-) (not saying I am getting rid of the Boxster)

But everyone seems to have knowledge or experiance with various cars and just seeking any input with regards to the Mercedes-Benz SLK model, been looking towards the SLK350 of late.

Any Pros or Cons ?
