Instrument Cluster Replacement

I have just replaced my malfunctioning cluster with a used cluster from dc auto.

The install went smoothly and the cluster is working flawless.

Only problem is the mileage will not reset in the new cluster.

My old cluster had 95,000+ miles and the new only 57,000+.

I would have thought the mileage was recorded in the CSU?.

Does anybody have a hack to correct the mileage?
