Just bought 2002 Boxster with 25k miles
 

Hey, just picked up my midnight blue 2002 Boxster 25K miles. Man what a beauty. Drives like a gokart on steroids! Looking for tips and tricks to improve and keep my Porsche looking and driving good. Thank you all and hope to hear from all of you.

Congratulations and sure hope you have many happy miles with your car. It's a lovely color.

If you haven't done it yet, it is a worthwhile investment to have it inspected by a qualified mechanic to insure it is as mechanically sound as it looks - fluids, plugs, cv boots, etc.

I bought a 2000S with 10k miles 10 years ago and have put over 40k miles on it and have, thankfully, had little mechanical things to do to keep it in great shape but, unless you know your maintenance history it's worth checking everything. I am not at all able to do anything but fill the gas tank so proactive maintenance, at least for me, is very important.
