Wiper relay
 

New to me 2003 base with a wiper issue as it just started blowing fuses. Researched the topic here and decided to pull the motor to test it with a direct hookup to 12volts. Motor works fine with no obvious issues. I am now pointed at the wiper relay but need to know where to find it (where is the relay box?). Also, is there another same part relay in the car that I can swap to test?
Any help would be appreciated
