Will wheel spacers cause damage to suspension and /or tire camber settings

Not if you use high quality hub-centric spacers with appropriate length bolts/ studs.
They WILL affect your scrub radius, which you'll notice, but unless you're tracking aggressively, it won't bother you.

Don't go super wide, it's hard on the wheel bearings.

Thanks for the input. I used Venum hub centric 5mm front and 20mm rear. No rubs but concerned about stress on suspension. Looks and tracks awesome.
New correct length bolts came with the spacers.
