New Owner and Member

Hey all - I am a new owner of a Black on Black 1999 Boxster with the 2.5 and 5-spd manual. It has 107k miles and the frunk and trunk lids have many chips, dings and dents - dents are from the inside - go figure. The paint is loaded with swirl marks and spider webs - would love suggestions on how to remove.
Work done so far (not by me but I want to learn to work on it) - LN Engineering IMS bearing and replaced top with used with glass window.
There are a few things I would like to do, budget dependent of course and they are as follows:
- cold air intake
- lowering springs (would like to do coil-overs but prices are steep)
- wheel spacers
- new full exhaust (again steep prices)
I am new to this but would love any input from fellow owners.
Also, I am in northern Bergen County, NJ and would look forward to meeting fellow owners in the area for drives or chats. Drives are preferable as I smile every opportunity that I get to drive it.
