Hello from Canada

Just bought a 2002 2.7L a month ago, needs a lot of TLC. Noticed it has twin tailpipes not the typical single , does this suggest some type of performance exhaust was fitted? Anything else?
Doing brakes and rear struts and trying to determine if this has the M030 suspension re strut choice but don't know how to tell, any suggestions?
This will be a winter project but looking forward to it! Even in its current state it is a great ride!
Thanks in advance for any thoughts

Muffler has been changed from stock.

Easiest way to see if it came with M030 option is look at the sticker on underside of the hood for option codes.

I'm in Kingston Ontario

Thanks for the tip! Checked under the hood and found codes , no X74 which is the sport suspension code. Coukd decipher them all but first one C02. Any thoughts on what that denotes?

Again thanks for your help, really appreciated

Cool Welcome to the Forum

Hello JFS,

You came to the right place. Plenty of info and help, also nice to know the 986 and the people that drive them.
