Lost/Forgotten Code for Radio/CD Player?

Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction or knows how to decipher the radio code:

My 1999 Porsche Boxster has a Porsche CDR 220 model radio.

Type: 4462

Serial #: X5029605

Thank you.

Try 5654 1st and 5642 2nd - let me know if neither of those numbers work :-)

I was having some electrical issues when I disconnected the battery, now radio is asking for a code. I pulled the radio hoping to find a clue. Ser # is X5032552. This is a CDR220. Model # BE 4462.

Some folks have suggested looking through all the manuals and papers will I have even the original sales contract & on the inside hood ID sticker with no luck. I went to the dealer and he needed VIN, Radio Ser#, & showed ins card as proof of ownership. Just took him about minutes to get. The service advisor had to take Vin & Ser # to maintenance shop as they are the only ones who access to that data base. He asked if he would like me to do it or show me. I was in my DD show when I got home turned it on asked for code, put it in and tunes in Secs. Too simple to easy compared to all the time I spent researching and looking.
