New owner from Whistler, BC

Just picked up a 2001 986 with 93,000 km. Very happy to have found this car except think I blew a power steering line on the way home. Hydraulic fluid is leaking out below what seems to be the drivers seat location. When I put the car in inspection mode and checked the PS fluid it was empty, added more and verified it is leaking from this spot. Any advice on my next step is appreciated.

I did a few searches in different areas on here and the DIY sections but didn't find anything specific.
