Hello from Central Florida

Just wanted to say "Hi" to everyone, I am somewhat new to this forum, (been lurking) just wanted to introduce myself. I have a 2001 Base Boxster (Arctic Silver). This is my daily driver. I am the 3rd owner and I have had this just over a year. Had little issues but nothing major. Hope to learn a lot form everyone!

headlights

Hi from N.E. Fl. What type headlights are those? I like them

Welcome aboard. Nice looking car. I see you or the PO went to LED headlights. I hope they are seated nice and tight. One member recently had one of his fall out. I don't think he was the first, either. So, just a head's up to check the fitment.

Thanks all for the welcome. Yes, I made sure they were seated correctly when I installed them as well as doubled checked them again after reading your reply.

Thanks again!

Yep! I'm the one who had one fall out (after hard braking). I have since replaced it and no problems thus far. However, I am planning on pulling the wheel well cover back and connecting something to secure the headlight case to the frame. Don't want to take any chances - that last ordeal cost me $400!!

And that was in spite of getting the nice "click" when installing the original, right Imari? Yeah, I think an additional attachment measure would be a good insurance policy.

Will do, I have had them on over a year but will double check them for sure! Thanks for the advice!
