I have been lurking , taking in as much info on the forum as I can for a while now.
Thought it only polite to register and say "hello" as I took the plunge and bought a Boxster this week
She is a 2001 Boxster S, 76,000 on the clock, full main dealer history with receipts, Lapis blue with grey leather, manual gearbox.......very clean looking car.
IMS and main rear seal were done 10,000 ago, full oem clutch 300 miles ago ......no oil leaks, recent dics/pads, matching Michelins and went through it's mot yesterday with no advisories.
We are travelling by train next Tuesday morning to collect her......250 mile drive home and I can't wait.
The car will be a weekend car.....moving up from a Mazda RX8 which has been no trouble in over 3 years ownership.
