Out with the old, in with the.....
not as old. :)
So, I was looking for something a little different. I have the '87 targa for about 3yrs & loved it. Took me a long time to convince my self to sell it. My child hood dream car. Not my first venture in to the air cooled world had a couple of VW's before it, both of which I sold to get the 911.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1350608899.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1350608920.jpg These were taken on the day I brought home the Targa & the Bus went to her new home. The Bettle went not long after that. I restored both cars myself as i am a licenced Technician. I had a lot of fun with the targa. It had only 46000miles on her & not a spec of rust. I changed a few things on her, & did all the tune-up & fluid changes, brakes, etc.http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1350609137.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1350609165.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1350609200.jpg |
