Front bumber plug ???

Hi, looked around but did not find any answer to this one. I purchased a BoxsterS 2002 from the USA. I am from Canada, and there is two white plugs on the front bumper. this is to install a license plate. But , like in USA, we don't have front license in Québec. Now this is white on my black Boxster... I am thinking painting it black, but for not taking any chance I would like to take it out , paint it and place it back... Any one know's how to take it out ?

Go to www.bumperplugs.com and buy the pre-painted plugs there. Great quality and customer service.

Thank you, but still have to take it out NO ??? How to I do that, I drill it ? :barf:
