CPO and PPI Q
I have been looking at 986 models and talked to my mechanic about PPI's when I saw what looks like a good deal on a '06 with almost 4 years of CPO warrenty remaining. Is a PPI still recommended on a CPO car or is the dealer CPO good enough.
FYI, a 2006 Seal Grey with TIP with 20k miles for a touch under $36k with 4 years CPO Len |

Having said that, I emphasize the words '"n theory" as I am a cynic by nature. Good luck. |
Hi Len,
I was much more comfortable w/mine after looking at the DME download and comp test and a PPI from another dealer. Search previous recent threads and posts from myself and others and you will find a lot of info and varying opinions. It will always be caveat emptor irrespective of CPO or whatever, and no information from any post should sway you from what is right for you. If you're concerned, do it, but if you're not, don't ..... I just didn't want to look back and I wish I had. Cheers and good luck :) |
