I enjoyed part 2, but I do have a question. When you get the alignment completed, how much more camber do you expect to get as a result of the lowering?

That's a good question and I will only be able to answer it after the alignment. I will post the before and after results when it is done.

Yes, sorry that I forgot to post. We added another 0.5° of negative camber front and back. So -1.5° front and -2.5° rear.

I have the same setup (plus Eibach swaybars), just an additional 0.5 deg negative camber in front (to -2.0-2.1) since I slotted my towers. Had to get rear adj toe links to get toe correct. IMO, running my Federal RSR595 RComps on stock staggered 17in Boxster wheels, the car is very well balanced for the type of driving and tracks I see. If I were running full slicks, I would probably need more negative camber in the front.

I don't know what tires your run, but you'll be happy with this set up, definitely not too much oversteer.

I finally completed my suspension rebuild. I had to have 5/8 cut off the Megan racing front outer tie rods and used adjustable toe link bars in the rear so I could get the car aligned properly.

Do you notice any problems on regular street/highway driving as you increase the negative camber? I’m still scrubbing the outside edge of my fronts although the handling last week was great. Might be my pressures or just my bad driving (although I must say that I was doing justice versus many more powerful cars).

I think sometimes the outer edge wear is tire dependent - my last outing I ran both the Hankook R-S4 and the Maxxis RC-1, tire edge wear was worse on the maxxis, bit I has half a second faster on the kooks. Maybe the R71R likes lots of neg camber?
