2007 Foglight removal

2007 boxster
I want to remove the fog light. I found two screws underneath, but something is still holding it in. Are there screws holding it from behind that you have to remove from inside the hood? Or are there clips or something?

Also, I never use my fog lights, and I'm considering removing them completely or replacing them with a led kit.
If you look at the picture, this grille has two horizontal fins, and it appears that the fog light sits on top of a third, but when I was underneath, it looks like there is not a complete third fin, instead, the fog light housing takes up that space.
Can anyone confirm?
