the two red parts on this picture right ?


they should slide in with a tight fit but without much trouble.

Can you tell me how you did ? the buckets first then the shifter or the other way ?

No not the buckets

I don't see any way possible to get the actual shifter into the cradle with the buckets already installed unless you cut the bearing bosses.....of course than it would be worthless and ruined.

I am talking about the actual installation of the shifter without the buckets into the plastic original cradle...I had to really lean on mine to get it in....was actually worried I might break or destroy the cradle. My buckets were way undersized so I never completed the installation..Ben has me a new unit on the way...A very professional Guy....Thanks Ben
