Loving the Porsche Sport Exhaust but....
 

Loving the Porsche Sport Exhaust on my 2001 986. It gives the car a great, throaty sound even at low speeds and on the highway it is pure bliss but the stock exhaust tips look at bit too Klingon for my tastes. I am wondering if the exhaust tip design serves a particular function and if there are other good exhaust tip options out there for this system? Thanks

I like to go swimming on Saturdays. You can find bears and other critter-type things in the woods.

Can you post a photo of the tip? Is it the Tequipment Sport Exhaust or aftermarket?

Does Klingon mean "contrived and trying too hard"? If so, then yes they look Klingon.

There has to be better tips out there, have you done a 986 image check on google? Give you some ideas, at least of what you prefer.

Yes, did some image checking yesterday...will do so again today...seems like there are many tip options in better keeping with my aesthetic.

Never liked the tips. It shouldn't be hard not expensive to have them cut and new rolled tips welded.
