Got an e-brake that points way too high?

My e-brake would almost point to 80 degrees. It would take quite a few inches before id feel any tension. Heres my DIY on that adjustment. Enjoy.

The e brake is useless, it will never stop the car if the brakes fail. I never use it. It will only rust and lockk the rear end if you ever leave it on for any period of time. Leave it in 1st gear, which has the most resitance to rolling and forget the e brake, except for triggering the top down function.
