Unhappy Drivers Side Window randomly drops 1/4in

Hello Porsche Family,

Drivers Side Window randomly drops 1/4 in on My 2K Boxster while driving...can tap door or press door panel above inside door latch to correct momentarily until it happens again. Culprit - Micro switch, relay, ???

there is a tiny switch in the door handle. You can see it if you pull the handle open. Anyway, either the switch is fautly, or the connection is loose.

pull the panel and check.

That part in my door handle fell out. So I use velcro to hold handle closed so that the window goes up.

Thanks, sorry so late in my reply, I found the culprit (plunger on micro switch) too much play so I wrapped in with plumbers tape.. so far still working. Thank you JHandy for the part number, I am sure I will need it eventually.
