Clutch Bleeding

What are the tricks for reaching the bleeder valve on a 2000 Boxster? I can put a wrench on it, but I don't have enough room or strenght to turn it at all. Any tips would be great. Thanks.

What you need is a short double box wrench with one end that is the correct metric size. I have a Craftsman unit that is about 3 1/2 inches long and swings in the restricted area, making it perfect for this application............

I agree...I have a set of "shorty" wrenches and they sure came in handy on this one. Still managed to leak some fluid when the collector hose slipped, but gave me an excuse to do some additional cleaning while in there.

Probably goes without saying, but be certain the clutch pedal is depressed before attempting or you're wasting your efforts (assuming you pressure bleed).
