2004 Midnight Blue Metallic Boxster for Sale
 

2004 Midnight Blue Metallic, 5-Speed Manual, Black Leather, Porsche Boxster. PCA member. Clean title, in my name. 3-owner Southern California since new. I have owned this car since May 2020 and have spared no expense to keep it in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition for spirited canyon drives and sunset cruises alike. With a 2nd child on the way, I regretfully must part ways with my Midnight Blue 986.2 and am hoping the next owner will look after it as well as I have.

I purchased this car with 105k miles and have enjoyed every one of the near 10,000 miles I have put on it without any problems.

This car does have an LN Engineering IMS retrofit as well as all new clutch/flywheel with less than 5,000 miles. Stock radio and amp are included but the stock radio does not work well (can't skip tracks on CDs, radio intermittent, etc.). Adjustable tie rods were installed in the rear for better precision alignments.

Work performed under my ownership follows. About $10k in receipts. Mechanical items completed at Vollig Autowerks in San Diego:

Major:

- 9/2020: IMS, RMS, motor mount, front strut mounts, lower control arms, tie-rods
- 1/2021: Passenger window regulator
- 1/2021: New top
- 3/2021: Replace transmission oil
- 4/2021: New clutch, master cylinder, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch lines
- 8/2021: Rear CV axle replacement, rear lower control arms, adjustable toe-links (photo)

Minor:

- 2012: AOS Replaced (Carfax)
- 2017: Drive Belt & Water Pump (Carfax)
- 2019: Heater core replaced (Carfax)
- 5/2020: Replace frunk and trunk hood struts
- 6/2020: Replace climate screen LCD
- 6/2020: Aftermarket head unit. Original included in sale (doesn't work)
- 8/2020: Replace 4 drop-links
- 1/2021: New fuel cap
- 1/2021: New cabin and engine air filter
- 7/2021: Clean MAF sensor and throttle body
- 10/2021: Refurbish and powdercoat wheels grey
- 5/2022: Refinish/clear coat headlights

Car will come with all records since my ownership and the few items I pulled together from previous owners. I also have a sunshade and outdoor cover that can be included if they do not sell separately, as currently listed.
