Where is the car located? your profile says Virgina, the title says Oregon/Seattle, and your phone number says Connecticut?
Also, was the IMS bearing replaced with an aftermarket solution? if porsche replaced the motor the one they put in has the same IMS bearing as all the rest so it would suffer from the same rate of failure correct? Thanks |
Can you post some pictures of the car?

Sorry for the location confusion. I'm from CT and lived in VA with the car, but have just completed a cross-country road trip and will be in Seattle this week, so am looking to sell in that area. Regarding the engine switch, I'm not sure if Porsche used an aftermarket solution or their own redesign, but I do have the paperwork from that repair, so you're welcome to review it. |
Sold! Thanks for looking.
