History of the car I am the second owner and the first owner had the car for 14 years until 2014. First owner bought the car in Florida in 2000 and moved to MD in 2001, since then the car had been in Baltimore MD area where the car had been maintained by SSI Motors. I am the second owner and I had SSI Motors build the car to meet track/street requirements for me in 2015. I received the car on January of 2015. In mid 2014, during the ownership of the first owner, the rear passenger-side wheel as well as the wheel baring etc. got damaged as a result of car hitting a highway curb. Owner decided not fixed the car and the insurance declared it total loss. At the time of the accident car had beautiful 18 inch BBS factory Porsche wheels installed and one of them was damaged (brand new was well over $1000), this was the main reason for the insurance company not to fix it as the cost of the wheel and associated repair apparently not worth the trouble. I saw he car several times while it was parked at SSI parking lot and waiting to be fixed, I could not believe the insurance did want to fix it. I had SSI get the car from the owner and build it for me. The car has a Clean title, please note this is not a salvage car it has clean VA title. This will be a great car that looks amazing on the street and safe and long lasting on the track, it will cost your lot of money get a similarly appointed car with all typical Boxster issues taken cared, I think this is a very good deal for someone. |
haha saw this on craigslist yesterday. This is right down the street from me.
