Selling a 1997 guards red 986. Comes with black leather interior, hardtop, 5 sp car.
Has 92k miles on it, clean car fax. I am the 3rd owner. First owner did not own it very long, so the car has been taken care of.
Interior wise its great, just basic 17 year old car leather seat aging and leather shifter boot aging.
Exterior wise its in good condition. A solid buff/wax/wetsand job would make it look brand new. From 2feet away it looks better than anything else on the street.
Motor/trans shifts great, warms up with no issues. Has new plugs/wires, accessory belt looks new. Was a first year car, should have no IMS issues like the later 3.2 cars. I have put 10k on it, with 0 issues. Brand new battery.
Asking 7700 cash, KBB value without hardtop.
Honestly have not seen one for less than 9k local, and it had over 125k miles.
Not trying to pull a profit, just get it out the garage before wife kills me.
