oil leak
 

hi i am new to the forum and have recently brought a 1998 porsche boxster 2.5 and have discovered and oil leak on the top of the engine on the drivers side is thisa common problem and what is it thats leaking can anybody help thankyou :confused:

Bro, you posted this in the for sale section. This needs to go into the general discussions section probably :)

The oil filler hose crosses the motor on top, open'er up and you'll see it. It was leaking on mine at some point. Can't say for sure that's what it is, but it might be.
