Thinking of selling my 1998
We have purchased a 2000 S so I am getting close to being ready to sell my 1998 Boxster. Daily driver car. It is a base model with not to many extra options. Nice aftermarket sound system.
What is it worth ? All owners over 50. Well maintained car. Records on hand. Guards Red with Gray leather interior. Excellent condition - no rust or body damage. Black top in excellent condition 132,000 miles 2.5 engine No drips 5 speed manual Recent gear oil change New tires Kuhmo ASX New brakes pads and upgraded to new drilled rotors Brake Fluid Flushed New spark plugs New anti freeze Engine air and cabin filters (changed annually about 10k miles) Regular oil changes 5K miles |

I only have cell phone pictures that will download on the forum. My good camera shots are to large. How do I reduce them to post ? 2000S is on the left, "98 for sale is on the right.

If you are using a Windows PC you can shrink the pictures in the Paint program.
Go to: Start/All Programs/Accessories/Paint After you open the program, got to File/Open, then navigate to where your picture file is and load it in. Then select from the menu bar: Images/"Stretch/Skew" Type in 20% value (or even smaller) for the Horizontal and the Vertical boxes of the Stretch box and click on OK. Save the new picture size out to a different file name and attach that picture file to your post. |
