Spring clamp: lower, tighten, temp

ima newb, just gonna ask this outright:

For track day, can I buy some kind of SPRING CLAMPS that will tighten springs and lower slightly, giving a hard ride? i read about those years back. still a thing or way past that now? something I could then remove for normal street driving.

Be gentle. Thanks!
