Oh no, cracked wheel sucks!
Not sure if you saw, but Jeff Stuart / Mark DeShon put a 986S into two of the four trophy spots at the Fontana pro last weekend in STR. Jeff actually had a lead until the last pair of runs.
A little down on the PAX list (in the midwest / east coast STR tends to be near the top of PAX at national events) but hey, a 986S beating a bunch of NDs is encouragement no matter how you get it.
