You won’t need control arms and you may be able to get away without rear toe links if you don’t go to low. I’d get Coilovers and then buy rear toe links later. If you’re OK grinding the front shock towers out a bit you can add front camber for free.

I'll assume you plan to run 40tw R-Comp tires so you will want -3 degrees front camber and -2.5 rear. The preferred setup is with adjustable GT3 arms in front and coilovers all around.
