FS: 986 3.2L GT Club Race Car

Have a friend selling his 986 GT Boxster track car. I helped the previous owner source and build this car several years ago. When he was ready to move on, I then helped him move it on to the current owner whom I assisted with developing and running the car further. Started life as a 2.5L car but has since had a 3.2L engine/6spd trans/S brake swap from a donor S car.

Car has never been wrecked on or off of the track and has been well cared for. Most of the time it traveled with the HRG track support program in Southern California at POC and PCA events. Currently, the car is classed well in the hp/wt class of GT4 in POC.

Approximately 250rwhp on a dynojet, with weight anywhere from 2600-2775 depending on ballast & passenger seat. Passenger seat will be included.

Cage is 1.75" 4130, includes extensive gusseting and additional "FIA bars" similar to the 991 cup cars. Spring loaded window net on driver's side and a roof net. Original owner was putting his daughter in the car at times so the cage is top notch.

Car has the usual reliability items such as additional radiator, S oil cooler, Mantis deep sum oil pan etc. Has a race exhaust on the car now but the stock S exhaust is also included for tracks with sound restrictions.

Suspension consists of Bilstein Pss9's, Swift springs, Tarett sway bars and extended front drop links, and GT3 control arms.

Comes with pagid brake pads, Pagid fluid, and stainless lines.

Two sets of OZ wheels with Yoko 240 and 250 slicks are included.

The aero roof is super lightweight and is fitted with lexan quarter(996) and rear windows (911). Easily removable with camlocks for service.

Car is capable of sub 1:30 at WSIR, sub 1:40 at Laguna Seca, sub 1:50 at AAA Speedway.
