Can I fit speakers to door cards
 

Hi,

Is it possible to install speakers into the doors if I currently have non there at present ? I want to fit some aftermarket 6.5" components.

I was told that I need to change my door cards to to the ones with original speaker cut outs.

While you could certainly glass an enclosure into the non door speakered door, your money will be much better spent starting with a door speakered door panel and modifying it a bit to fit a 6 1/2 in the location the factory puts 5 1/4s
