RoW springs?

The seller list them as M 030 springs,but the colors indicate RoW. The seller isn't an expert in Porsche parts but gave me this response when I asked what is on the tag,
"Hi, there is not a whole lot of info but here it is. AFF200, 97-01 springs, front Boxster 5-speed M030, 102505. Hope this helps, Charlie"

If anyone can find out the if they really are RoW springs by the info on the tag it would be appreciated.

I hope this helps to identify if the springs are RoW or M 030.
