anyone knows .....
Hey dudes, on my 2002 Boxster S I have a dot always present on the top left part of the clock display LCD. Just for pure curiosity ....
Does anyone knows if it's normal and if it is, what that means ? I am not able to find this info anywhere... THANKS |
Hi,
That's normal. I think (but am uncertain) that it may be an AM/PM indicator if you select the 12-hour mode as opposed to the 24-hour one. Does it stay on all the time both AM and PM? My car is a '99 and it displays the AM/PM characters in 12-hour mode- no dot, the Instrument Displays changed in '01. Hope this helps... Happy Motoring!... Jim'99 |

Ya, thats what i thought in the beginning, AM PM indicator, instead it stays on all the time ... Who knows .... |
AM/PM. AM is indicated by the dot being on the top left. PM is indicated by the dot being on the bottom left.
