Would a 3 car garage help?

I saw this on the internet yesterday and thought it might be worth sharing. Hate to be the person who owned the Ferrari. Or better yet the truck owner.

?

What the heck happened?
Not flooding, I don't see tire marks wher it jumped the fender, it looks like it fell on top of the ferrari, yet the roof is okay...

This photo is going around with an accompanying e-mail that includes a letter from a wife to her husband who is travelling. It basically says: " Honey I hate to tell you this but I know you love me so won't be angry but I accidently hit the accelerator while parking the truck and well, as you can see I did some damage to your car. P.S. Your girlfried called. Your loving wife." ROFLMAO.

I remember seeing that story when it first happened (I was hanging out at one of my Rx7 boards)..

If I recall right, the owner of the garage (and ferrari) live at the corner of a road. The driver of the truck was drunk and went straight where they should have turned to follow the road.. And the people in the house consider themselves lucky because the kids' bed is on the other side of the wall that the truck is against.

Again, that's all from memory, and not a good one at that, so take that with a pound or two of salt :)

I bet the garage door acted as a ramp.

So how do you explain that to the insurance company. "Hello this is John Smith and while my Ferrari was parked in the garage it got ran over, can ya send me a check please?"
