If we could keep this forum down to posts of the actual DIY guide and not post requests and replies, I think it will keep the new forum clean and easy to search for what you are looking for.
It might be a good idea also to move some of the prior DIY posts scattered elsewhere into this new category - posts with "Hack", "How-To" or "DIY" in the title, etc. like:
