Don't fix them if they aren't broken. I just had to reput on the old style hose clamp on the accordian because the screw type one wasn't cutting it. It was a PAIN IN THE A55 to put on!

Other then that, the tranny fluid is all that is annoying/a pain, and that's because you have to find a way to fit the tranny fluid bottle where it needs to go to fill in the filler whole.

dj, your car looks mismatched with the spray painted headlights and the amber taillights, maybe you should repaint your taillights also.

mt tail lights are not amber. they are all red, its just the angle and lighting that makes it maybe look amber.

Speaking from recent experience, you can knock out the brake pads in probably less than two hours. I replaced all four pairs on my car recently, jacking one corner at a time, and it took about two hours. It was really easy...

... but I would suggest getting some of those blue rubber gloves. Brake dust will get all over your hands and under your fingernails, and it'll take a week to wash out!

The trans fluid might be a little tricky, but if you have the right tools, it won't be so bad.

Depends how long the day is, I guess.
I think you'd have to work pretty fast, regardless.
Judging by your past posts, you seem committed enough...go for it!
p.s. Which shifter are you installing?
