Exhaust rattle most probably is a loose heatshield from the kat(s). Bolts tend to rust leaving the shield to ratlle.

To replace the bolds I think the rearbumper must come off. I let my garage put a little new weld on it. 5 minutes work when the car is on a lift and rattle is gone forever.

The hydrolic lifter tapping is annoying too. You might try a thicker oil. Porsche recommends and factory fills with Mobil I 0W40. I've last put Mobil I 5W50 in it and it is a lot quieter / nicer.
