LED Fog lights with litronic

I’ve tried two well reviewed led h7 bulbs now and both of them perform pretty miserably. What could cause this? I’m sure the LEDs can be brighter than this but it seems like they’re being neutered.

Doesn’t seem like the reflector housing is to blame either since the beam pattern looks really nice.

Hello,..I upgraded to litronic lights and my fog lights disappeared, washed out by the very brite headlights, even on the low beam...Frank
