Aftermarket 986 headlight guru?

Is there a self identified aftermarket headlight guru/expert here who has tried most if not all of the available aftermarket headlights for the 986? I realize the hate some of these lights get, but I think some of them look nice “in photos” and I’d like to try some silver or chrome ones on my yellow ‘01 Boxster. I was hoping someone has the details on which fit well, aren’t complete junk, trusted sellers, etc etc. $1000 is a lot to spend without some real world reviews. I see mainly two styles. One has an L shape of LEDs at the bottom and one style has two rows of LEDs at the bottom. Are there more? Does the same factory make all of the them sold under different brands?
Thanks!

i currently use some chrome lights for my boxster. when i bought the car, the owner had originals + these and an extra spec d tuning chrome headlight. they work very well and fitment has been nice so far. installing and removing feels just like stock so its been fine as is. i do have an extra spec d tuning one for sale @ $150 just because its just the passenger one. works great and i would 100% recommend them
