So I opened the door and sprayed huge amounts of water to the glass with a garden hose. What I then discovered is shown in the picture. I renewed that rubber gasket and since then it is dry. My recommendation is doing the same spraying with the open door and you quickly find out what the culprit is.

Thank you, looking at my pic I do have some water dripping down at the very front of the sill. To be clear it's not the window seal, but the gasket at the front?
