Water pooling on doorsill after rain

Hello,
So I have an issue with water pooling up on the doorsill after a heavy rain. When you open the door, it pours out. Several ounces it seems. Only happens occasionally, and both doors.

It isn't coming from inside the door, I popped the plugs and it's bone dry and dusty inside. That was my first worry, for rust.

I attached a photo of the sill after, I couldn't catch it running out in time, but it's pooling under the sill guard. Doesn't seem to be anything on the interior side. I circled the spot where it runs out from under the guard.

To me, it's seems like the only way would be from it running down the side surfaces of the door opening, but who knows.

Any ideas?

Cheers

It could be the same or similar to what I discovered. I had a wet carpet and figured out my door membrane was fine. So I opened the door and sprayed huge amounts of water to the glass with a garden hose. What I then discovered is shown in the picture. I renewed that rubber gasket and since then it is dry. My recommendation is doing the same spraying with the open door and you quickly find out what the culprit is.

Thank you, looking at my pic I do have some water dripping down at the very front of the sill. To be clear it's not the window seal, but the gasket at the front?

Yes, it is the seal that covers also the mirror assembly, check 996 537 531 05 for details. I tried to squeeze the seal in this area, rearranged it and used glycerin to make it soft and was successful. Ther is also a piece of adhesive that sticks to the door. But tbh, I did not trust this success and swapped it to a new one in the end.
