Remove top of instrument cowl

I'm needing to remove the top curved piece of my instrument cluster it has some very degraded vinyl on it and I need to take it out of the car so I can properly remove the wrap, I see there are 6 torx screws but the gages are in the way, is there a way it snaps on and off?

I don’t recall the specifics of how it attaches, but you need to start by removing the entire instrument cluster. It’s not particularly difficult.

I found out that to remove it, first pry out the 4 way flasher button, and the microphone, behind those are 2 screws that attach the cluster to the dash, I found on mine there was 1 screw missing and one connector was not in properly so I fixed my intermittent dash issues.
