Edit: Are you able to perform an oil change on the box to have a look at particles/color etc.?
I checked the oil in the transmission, it was a little low, I ordered from Porsche 1 liter. The car took a half of the liter to be at the proper level (11 mm below the filling plug). It has change nothing, the transmission is still working well.
