Heavy Clutch - options
 

Having had my Boxster S for a couple of weeks now, I am still surprised by just how heavy the clutch pedal is. More so than my L200 or Vito. The clutch has been done in the past and I have read there may be other remedies, namely the clutch spring or master and slave cylinders. None of these are mad expensive or difficult to do, but I was wondering if anyone had experience of which order to do these in and the difference it might have made. This, before having to eleminate the clutch.again
Any thoughts would be appreciated, please. It does detract a bit from enjoying the drive.

Can't comment on the clutch return spring, but otherwise it does sound to me like a worn clutch. Any idea when it was done? For normal driving they should last a long time. I took it of my car at 120k miles, it was worn into the rivets.

The clutch was done at about 70,000, now with 125,000 on the clock, so I can't imagine it's already down to the rivets. There is no slip or anything, just the heavy nature.
