HVAC control unit up top

I removed the PCM from my car and went for single DIN radio. The idea is to go for center console delete, although this is now hard to find / expensive.

Anyway, part of the job is to relocate the HVAC unit to the top. I have the connectors moved up, the required main plastic piece (holding the radio, hvac and two switch parts) in place and the new trim piece next to it. Now I just need to get the HVAC unit nicely in place.

Facing two things here and hope you can help;
1. I don't know which screws I need for this. Difficult to see in parts diagrams
2. I have one screw which seems to go in nicely, but doesn't grip the last part. And still the unit tilts. Is the unit only held by two screws or am I missing some support part?
